Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large box macaroni noodles
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 large block Velveeta cheese, cubed
    Cheddar cheese
    Monterey Jack/Colby
    1/2 large block Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni noodles according to directions on box; rinse and drain.
    Combine milk and flour in saucepan on medium heat until slightly thickened.
    Reduce heat to simmer and add the butter and 1/2 block Velveeta cheese until melted.
    Simmer and stir until creamy (should not be extremely thick).
    Cube a block each of the Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack/Colby and 1/2 block Velveeta cheese. Add cubed cheese and pour cheese sauce over macaroni (if not a little soupy, you will need to add extra milk).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on depth of pan you use.
