Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2/3 c. milk
    3 c. cut up cooked chicken
    pastry for 9-inch (2 crust) pie
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper. Cook. Stir constantly until bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk; heat to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in chicken, peas and carrots. Pour into pastry-lined pan. Place top pastry over chicken mix. Bake 35 minutes at 425\u00b0.
