Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank or round steak
    3 to 4 tomatoes
    1 big onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle a little water over steak.
    Press flour into steak. Brown steak; remove from frypan and place in oven pan.
    Set aside. In frypan, pour water and loosen browned juice and pour over meat with other ingredients.
    Simmer for 2 hours at 300\u00b0 or on low stove top.
