Butter Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block butter
    1 lb. mochiko
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. fresh milk
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut milk
Preparation
    Melt butter and set aside to cool.
    Mix all ingredients, adding coconut milk last.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with Crisco, margarine, etc.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. (Watch so it doesn't burn.)
    Cool and cut.
