Potatoes - Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 to 9 c. cubed potatoes (about 5 to 7 lb.)
Preparation

Cook potatoes with skins on (no salt).
Cool, peel and cube. In saucepan, melt butter; add flour and salt.
When this thickens, remove from heat.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Return to heat.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Place potatoes in casserole or cake pan; pour sauce over.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
