Baked Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of potato soup
2 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter, melted
salt and pepper
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Heat soup, milk and dash of pepper.
In buttered casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, onions, soup mixture and cheese.
Dot top with butter.
Cover.
Bake at between 350\u00b0 and 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are cooked.
Uncover about the last 15 minutes.
