Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dry chicken and place in pan.
    Roll chicken in margarine; coat well.
    Leave in pan. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper over chicken.
    Pour rice around chicken.
    Dice onion; sprinkle over chicken.
    In bowl, dilute 2 cans of soup with 2 cans of water.
    Mix well.
    Pour slowly over chicken.
    Makes sure all rice is covered.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook 1 hour or until tender.
