Garbanzo-Bean Dip(Hummus-Arabic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo (chick peas), beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed paste (tahini paste)
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    juice of 1 lemon (3 Tbsp.)
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 or 2 parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Place beans in blender or food processor.
    Process well.
    Add sesame seed paste, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Stir to blend.
    Shape mixture into a mound on a flat plate.
    Press your finger in center of mound to make an indentation.
    Fill indentation with oil.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs.
    Makes about 1 cup.
