Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Colby cheese
Preparation
    Peel, wash and slice potatoes.
    Spread layer of potatoes in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour; then dot with butter.
    Repeat layers until 3/4 full, then pour milk over layers.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
