Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 stick oleo
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour into sugar.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs. Stir well.
Add milk, then vanilla.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
