Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
3 or 4 Tbsp. picante sauce
1 1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Drain beans.
Mash beans and add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup of cheese.
Pour into a 1-quart baking dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
After 10 minutes, pour on remaining cheese and bake until melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
