Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. chicken broth
1 can sliced mushrooms (using the juice)
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. peas
French onions
Preparation

Heat together the broth and mushrooms, including the juice. Blend the flour, garlic salt, pepper and milk. Stir into the broth and cook until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese. Mix together the cut up chicken, cooked rice and peas. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Add the broth mixture. Top with French onions. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
