Beef For Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans Ortega green chilies
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 medium clove minced garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. coriander
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Drain and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Makes filling for 12 shells.
