Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. dry prepared Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly on bottom of pie plate.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
    Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (350\u00b0 for 50 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Refrigerate any leftover quiche.
    Makes 6 servings.
