Hillbilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. white bread flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 c. white bread flour (maybe more)
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients; let stand 1 hour.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    When enough flour has been added to make a soft dough, grease dough well.
    Also grease the bowl.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Work down and grease again. Let rise for 1 hour.
    Work out into 3 loaves; let rise again.
