Broccoli Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. broccoli, cooked
1 to 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1/2 to 3/4 pkg. cheese, grated or 1 lb. Velveeta
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bake until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through. This is a great dish to carry for events. It keeps well.
