Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped almonds or walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, cheese, nuts, salt and paprika.
    Stir in oil. Set aside 1/2 cup of crust mix.
    Press remaining mix to bottom and up sides of 9 or 10-inch pie dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; remove.
