White Chocolate Pecan Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. coarsely broken pecans
12 oz. white chocolate
Preparation

Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Spread pecans evenly in pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Place white chocolate in top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water.
Cook until candy melts.
Let cool 2 minutes.
Add pecans and stir until coated.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Cool completely and store in airtight container.
