Nanny'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes
    1 doz. eggs
    2 to 3 celery stalks
    1 onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    celery seed to taste
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 to 3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin on until fork can go through easily. Boil eggs until they are hard-boiled.
    Cut potatoes into small pieces and place in large bowl.
    Dice eggs, celery and onion.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
