Cheesy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, stewed, then broken into bite sized pieces
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli in cheese sauce
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. lite cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    About 30 minutes before serving, cook broccoli as package directs, but only cook for 10 minutes.
    Cook rice as package directs, adding bouillon cube to the water.
    When cooked, toss rice with parsley and spread over bottom of greased casserole dish; arrange chicken on top of rice.
    Mix lite cream with broccoli and pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle over all with grated cheese and bake 25 minutes in preheated 400\u00b0 oven or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is lightly browned.
    Sometimes I use regular broccoli and a can of Cheddar cheese soup.
