Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until fluffy.
    Beat in rest of ingredients until smooth.
    Grease heated griddle.
    Pour about 3 tablespoons batter from tip of large spoon.
    Cook until puffed and edges are dry. Turn and cook until other side is golden brown.
