Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. coleslaw blend (chopped cabbage)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. crushed cheese flavored crackers
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in oil in skillet until it starts to wilt.
    Add water; cover and simmer on low 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in soup. Warm through.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Can be put under broiler to toast crumbs.
