Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) jars Kraft Old English cheese
    1 (5 oz.) jar Roka Blue cheese
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 dash garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
    Combine the first five (5) ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat until smooth with electric mixer.
    Cover and chill for 4 hours.
    Form into large ball.
    Roll in pecans or walnuts.
    Wrap in wax paper or Handi-Wrap.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
