Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    4 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. canned walnuts, chopped
    1 can flaked coconut
    1 1/3 c. pureed, cooked carrots (1 lb.)
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (drain)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease three 9-inch layer cake pans.
    Line bottoms with waxed paper.
    Stir flour with sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
    Fold in walnuts, coconut, carrots and pineapple.
    Divide batter evenly in prepared pans.
    Bake in middle of oven for 30 to 35 minutes until a pick comes out clean.
