Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 (4 1/2 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 medium bananas, diced
1/2 c. red maraschino cherries, sliced
1/2 c. green maraschino cherries, sliced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, blend together sour cream, whipped topping, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Fold in fruits and nuts. Turn into a slightly greased 4 1/2 cup ring mold or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Freeze overnight.
Makes 8 servings.
Serve frozen!
