Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 (6 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0; grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine mashed potatoes, cream cheese, onion, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a mixer.
    Beat for 2 or 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared casserole dish; spread French fried onions over top.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
