Rocky Road Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet chocolate
2 oz. bitter baking chocolate
2 c. miniature marshmallows
6 oz. chocolate morsels
1 c. pecan or walnut pieces
Preparation

Melt sweet and bitter chocolate in double boiler over hot water (remove from fire). Pour half in wax paper lined 9-inch square dish.
Pour marshmallows, morsels and nuts over chocolate. Pour remaining melted chocolate over all.
Spread gently to cover marshmallows.
When set, cut with warm knife. Refrigerate.
Remove pieces when cold. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
