Catfish Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 to 30 pieces catfish (that has no red or yellow color to it as will cause foul taste)
    salt
    cayenne pepper
    yellow cornmeal
    flour
    peanut oil (only)
Preparation
    Sprinkle the catfish with salt. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper lightly. Mix half and half yellow cornmeal and flour in gallon storage bag. Put in catfish pieces and shake to cover well. Use 6-quart cooker with it half full of peanut oil. Let get very hot. Slowly lower the heat. Fry the nuggets until golden brown.
