Rivel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (maybe a little more)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 to 4 qt. boiling beef or chicken broth
Preparation
    Slowly blend flour (with fork or pastry blender) into eggs. Add flour until mixture (pea size) crumbles.
    Add crumbles slowly to boiling broth, stirring constantly, until all crumbles are added.
    Boil 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring often. Season to taste.
