Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, halved or 6 pieces chicken
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    sherry wine
    tarragon vinegar
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag.
    Place one piece of chicken at a time and shake to coat.
    Brown chicken in oil, about 20 minutes.
    Place in shallow roasting pan.
    Mix soup with 1/4 cup sherry wine and 1/4 teaspoon tarragon vinegar.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
