Party Thirst Quencher - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3 c. cold water
    4 c. apple juice
    2 c. orange juice
    2 c. pineapple juice
    1 tall bottle ginger ale
    1 qt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water; do not refrigerate.
    Chill juices and ginger ale.
    At serving time, combine gelatin mixture, chilled juices and ginger ale in punch bowl.
    Top with small scoops of sherbet.
    Makes 32 punch cup servings.
