Canned Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 lb. onions
    2 cloves garlic
    3 to 4 hot peppers
    3 to 4 sweet peppers
    4 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1/4 c. salt
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Scald, skin, cut into pieces and drain the tomatoes.
    Chop onions, garlic, hot peppers and sweet peppers in blender.
    Cook everything until thick, then cold pack for 20 minutes.
