Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. nuts or raisins
Preparation

Mix cream, sugar and oil together.
Blend in eggs.
Add alternately dry ingredients with shredded carrots.
Grease and flour three 6 x 3-inch pans.
Bake one hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
