Salmon Or Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12-15 oz. canned salmon or tuna
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1/2 c. corn kernels (thawed, if frozen)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1-1/2 c. crushed crackers
    Salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the oil in a bowl. Form mixture into patties. Cover and refrigerate for 1-3 hours. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to 350\u00b0. Cook patties 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Keep in low oven (175\u00b0) to warm until ready to serve.
