Gail'S Congealed Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry or cranberry Jell-o
    2 cans mandarin oranges (optional)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In a 2 quart saucepan, drain pineapple into measuring cup; add enough water to make one cup; add 2 additional cups of water for a total of three cups of liquid. Add 1/2 can cranberries and marshmallows. Bring ingredients to a boil; add jell-o, stirring until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a 9 x 11 Pyrex dish. Chill well before serving.
