Zippy Beef Olive Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced beef, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives

Preparation

Soften onion in the sherry.
Blend the cream cheese with the mayonnaise.
Mix with the onion.
Stir in the chopped beef and chopped olives.
Serve with crackers.
