Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. melted butter
5 sweet potatoes
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until soft; drain and cool potatoes. Mash.
Add sugar, flour, cream and eggs, then add nutmeg and melted butter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, then put on topping of marshmallows and brown.
Yields 6 servings.
