Apricot Glazed Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. leg of lamb
    2 cloves garlic, slivered
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1/2 c. apricot brandy
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Insert garlic slivers into surface of meat.
    Rub with oil, salt and pepper.
    Roast in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 over 15 minutes per pound for medium size roast (approximately 150\u00b0 internal temperature).
    During the last 30 minutes of roasting, brush roast with glaze.
