Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello
2 c. strawberries

Preparation

Cook the first 3 ingredients until clear.
Add strawberry gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add sliced strawberries and pour in pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate.
