Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip (9 oz container)
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant Chocolate pudding
    3 c. milk
    Chocolate candy bar (grated)
Preparation
    Crust:
    Mix first 3 ingredients; Pat into 9 1/2 x 13 pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
    Cool.
