Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 or 4 slices bread, pulled apart and made into crumbs
    ketchup for topping
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well and shape into meat loaf.
    Place in
    baking dish and cover top with ketchup.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
