Smothered Quail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    quail (any amount)
    salt and pepper
    onion, sauteed in fat
    flour
    rice (white or wild)
    mushroom soup (condensed)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper quail; roll in flour.
    Brown slowly in fat. Prepare rice.
    Place quail in a baking dish; mound rice in center.
