Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 cans kidney beans
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Make a paste of salt, sugar, flour and chili powder.
    Brown beef; add onions, celery and simmer until tender.
    Add tomatoes and soup; cook 15 minutes.
    Then add the paste.
    Mix well and let simmer about 1 hour, stirring frequently, to avoid sticking.
    Add beans, cook 15 minutes longer.
