Crispy Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. potato flakes
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray jelly roll pan with vegetable spray.
    In medium bowl, combine first 7 (dry) ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Dip chicken in water; roll in potato flake mixture to coat.
    Place in greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
