Blackened Red Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) fresh or frozen red fish fillets
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    Measure thickness of fish.
    Combine onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, red pepper, black pepper, thyme and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Brush fish evenly on both sides with melted margarine.
    Coat fillets on both sides with pepper mixture.
