Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
3 c. pumpkin mix (one 29 oz. can)
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil and pumpkin together well in a large mixing bowl; then add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pans (3 loaf pans or one 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or two 8 x 9-inch pans).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Test for firmness with a toothpick.
