Garden Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Russet potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
1/2 c ranch salad dressing
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp dried parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Pierce potatoes.
Place in microwave for 12-15 minutes.
Slice off the top of potato.
Scoop out pulp. Heat small skillet, adding onion, drained broccoli, salad dressing and pulp.
Mix well.
Brush potato skin with oil.
Spoon mixture into shell and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
