Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium yellow onions
3 ripe avocados
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar chunky taco sauce
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Chop onions in food processor.
Scoop out avocados.
Add to onions.
Process until well blended.
Add lemon juice and blend. Pour mixture into pie plate.
Pour sour cream over guacamole, making certain all green is covered.
Pour taco sauce over sour cream.
Sprinkle cheese over all.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with taco chips.
