No Excuse Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil or oleo
    1/3 c. honey or sugar
    2/3 c. powdered milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 c. warm water
    7 c. flour (unsifted, unbleached)
Preparation
    Put first 8 ingredients into mixing bowl with 3 cups flour. Beat 5 to 10 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, stir in another 3 cups flour.
    Knead rest of flour in.
    Knead 5 to 10 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and folded towel.
    Let rest 20 minutes. Punch down and divide into 2 equal parts.
    Roll each part into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Roll up.
    Shape and place in greased pan. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
    About 10 minutes before baking, remove from refrigerator and preheat oven. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
