White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 oz. white chocolate chips
    7 oz. Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, combine the butter, shortening, brown and white sugars, egg, vanilla, flour, baking soda, chips and nuts and mix well.
    Drop by the tablespoonful onto a lightly greased baking pan.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yield: 2 to 4 dozen.
